I went there with an emergency I broke my only glasses on a Saturday and I did not know it was under new ownership and while I will miss the old guys I have been going forever, the new owner is absolutely fantastic. He had my frames and sent me on my way a very happy customer! I will be going back and telling my friends!!

Have started to have vision problem's and had been needing glasses. Have never been to the eye doctor or ever have had a exam, this is the first place I went too and got the best service imaginable. Had just come on spring break and had less than a week to get everything done. Webster sq vision center was able to get me in same week , give me a eye exam, explain everything wrong and get me glasses that I actually really like the look of shipped back to my school. I didn’t know how I would look with them but they made me confident and happy with my decision. They are quick , precise and efficient. 10/10 would 100% recommend! Thank you Webster Sq vision!

Update: appreciate the response and based on that I would try your place again. The people were polite, but I was surprised that neither person I spoke with at this vision center knew how to adjust my eyeglasses with clip-on sunglasses. One neglected to check how my glasses fit while I was wearing them and told me to wait for the other, who said he was afraid the glasses would break if he tried to adjust them. I went to another vision center afterwards where my glasses were adjusted without a problem.
I came in during the first week of the relocation and new ownership. Very nice set up. Danny gave me a tour and introduced me to Dr.Val . Awesome staff and highly recommend!

Friendly and professional! It's been about five years since I've had my eyes looked at, and I was long overdue for an update. They were quick and efficient and entirely accommodating of how queasy I get with eye stuff.
Called to schedule an appointment as the receptionist answered I said “ hi how are you doing” he then answered rudely “busy what can I do for you” very bad customer service

I have needed glasses my whole life and I have been to many different optometrists but for the first time in my life the optometrist at Webster Square Vision did my glasses so well that when I put my new glasses on that I could really see and so clearly for the first time in my life. Service is terrible. Didn't spare a moment to make sure my child's glasses fit correctly. Practically threw them at me when I went to pick them up and then hurried back to to sit down and play with his phone!

As a former patient of Dr. Scott I am absolutely appalled at the lack of compassion and patient care he had with me over the phone. Over a month ago I made an appointment, explaining how my vision has been significantly worse and I needed an appointment. I got a voicemail two days before my appointment to confirm, and then another the day BEFORE my appointment to notify me that they do not take my insurance. I had already requested the morning off of work, so I lost money there and personally spoke with the Dr. on my vision impairment and he could not even refer me by name to another Optometrist. Luckily, I was able to get an emergency appointment elsewhere and found out I have a choroidal nevus on my left eye (GLAD I WENT). I will not be returning nor recommending this doctor.

I was pretty upset today I had my scheduled appointment which was rescheduled for three or four times which I understand because of Covid but finally they schedule my appointment on Saturday, March 13 and call me Friday to confirm my appointment day before so when I came into the office they told me that doctor will be shortly with me. I was waiting for about five minutes and the doctor was sitting right in the hallway doing paperwork then he went to the office came back and said that I have to pay for my appointment because I only have discounted option for my appointment payment. I asked them why nobody informed me that there is a changes of their policy or insurance policy again there was no clear explanation and he repeated that you only have discounted payment for your appointment. I left the office with no apology no further explanation I said OK then I’m canceling my appointment he just nodded and let me go. I would not recommend this office to anyone because obviously there’s no respect to the patients time

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Lovely, sweet, gentle, older doctor did the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. Gave me all the time I needed to let my eyes adjust between tests so I could be sure of each choice I made. I think this may be the best and most accurate prescription of my life! He even used an old school technique that saved me from the dreaded eye drops - dilating my eyes gives me a migraine every time so this was wonderful! It took longer, but who cares?! No migraine! I think we’ve found our new family eye doctor!!!

Great doctor. Did a full complete non rushed eye exam on me. Picked up my glasses November 15th and I can see PERFECTLY now! Highly recommend.
